Our goal is to provide quality material to our valued customers, to keep the products safe all products are placed in air tight packet so that the colors and dust could not change the quality .All items we dispatch are double checked by our staff for better customer experience but still if the product is broken during the transit you can get the replacement. Below is Return/Replacement Terms
Return / Replacement Policy:
- If broken or wrong item is sent to you we will send new item to you FREE of cost, Provided that you will send us clear video while opening the parcel.
- Replacement is accepted only if product is received Broken/damaged in any form or wrong item is received.
- If item received is broken then you will need to contact Jewelry Gala staff within 24 hrs after receiving parcel, our staff will verify your broken item by asking you pictures/video of parcel opening. If broken is found we will accept your return.
- If you do not like the design or style of the product after you receive it then you need to send it back yourself within 24 hrs through any courier service and we will issue you the coupon code of same product amount. Please note that you will bear the courier company charges.
Colors of products:
- Colors of the products may be slightly varied from the photographs due to brightness of your monitor/Screen and lightning effects during photography
Cash on Delivery Conditions:
- Cash on delivery is made through Blue-Ex.
- You will need to pay Cash before receiving parcel from Blue-Ex staff.
- In case of any complaints you can contact us.
- There is no Guarantee or Warranty of any artificial products
- We only accept return if item is received broken.
